Description

The user management allows you to manage the data related to the participants of your Adictiz Box campaign. The data in this section is collected by your form and is displayed horizontally, 1 line per user.

Access to the user management

Click on the users icon ๐Ÿ‘ฅ from the campaign editor or from the dashboard. You can also access it by clicking on "participant" once you are in the management tab.

You are now in the user management. This is where you can manage the data collected.

Click on a user if you want to get more information about them. A pop-up window opens, you now have access to the Participation tab which contains information about the scores achieved, rewards won and media uploaded by the user:

Descriptions of the user information tabs:

  • Identity card: User ID, first and last connection, date of birth, title, first name, last name, email, newsletter, rules, timezone, language, device, number of friends

  • Paticipations: rewards won, scores achieved and user uploaded media

  • Campaigns already played: all the campaigns the user has already played on your account

  • Sponsorship: shows who the user has referred and by whom they have been referred.

  • Transactions: transactions made in a campaign with conversion pixel.

Filter and search data ๐Ÿ”Ž

1. Customise the data displayed by clicking on the funnel and ticking what you want to see :

2. Filter the data by changing the display dates of the collected data. By default, the dates displayed are those of your campaign.

3. Filter by clicking on the arrows next to the data types

4. Search for what you want to display by clicking on the magnifying glass icon next to the funnel icon ๐Ÿ”

Delete users

You can delete users. The deleted user will no longer appear in your data export. This action is irreversible. To delete a user, click on the check mark on the line of the user to be deleted and then click on the "bin" icon :

It is also possible to make a complete export of the participations. By clicking on the Export button, an export type selection popin appears, offering you to choose between an export containing all the registrants (1 line per user), or all the participations (1 line for each score achieved, reward won, etc.).
