Description
The reward management provides you with an overview of the rewards associated with your campaign. This tool allows you to:
Edit unredeemed rewards (those that have not been won).
Filter rewards by: name, type of reward, status, allocation mode, page, distribution date, or availability date.
Use the date and column selector to have a customized view, keeping only the information that is essential. Click the "Export" button to export the current view.
Conduct a search in the search field based on user data (so only the winners) or reward data (name, code, URL).
Access to the reward management
Click on the "Users" tab from the list of your campaigns.
Or click on its shortcut icon in the campaign editor.
Then select the "🎁 Rewards" tab:
Export winner data
Exporting rewards data available in reward management allows you to access all the information related to your rewards. This export enables you to review information related to the winners of your campaign. Refer to this article for more information.
