There are two ways to obtain information about the winners of your campaign:

  • Via the export of user data

  • Via the export of the rewards

Export of user data

Once a campaign has been published, you can then access the export of user data from two places in the editor.

  • Via the dashboard and the campaign listing:

  • Or directly at the editing level of a campaign:

Once you are on the user section, you can directly export your users, by clicking on the "Export" button.

You can choose between two types of export:

  • Export single participants: An Excel file containing all aggregated user data is generated (one user per row).

  • Export participations: An Excel file is generated containing the data of all participations of each user (one participation per row).

You can choose between two types of data:

  • All campaign data (the whole period and all columns).

  • Only the selection (filtered period and columns).

Then click on the Export button, you will receive an automatic email containing a link to download your data export. This secure link is for one-time use only and expires after 24 hours.

Here is the procedure to follow to retrieve the contact details of the winners of your instant win games:

  • Open the Excel file containing the user data

  • Filter your export by keeping only the users who have won a reward.

The reward won is entered in the "won_rewards" or "won_rewards_codes" column depending on the type of reward:

  • The number_won_rewards column shows the number of rewards won

  • The won_rewards column shows the name of the physical reward won

  • The column won_rewards shows the name of the code reward won

If these columns contain values, you will have the list of winners of your winning moments.

If you have several winning moments, you can filter your file according to the pages seen to know on which moment the user has won a reward:

  • 1 means that the page was displayed for the user

  • 0 means that it was not displayed

In the users section, click on the "Endowments" tab to access the endowment management.

Click on the Export button, then select the type of data to export. You can export all the data of the campaign or only the data selected by the filters. Then click on Export to receive your download link by email.

Q&A

Why the link i received via email for data export is marked as "expired"?

If the link is marked as "expired" when you receive it, it means that a software installed on your computer (e.g., antivirus, firewall, browser extension, email software) is protecting you by scanning all the links in your emails to validate their authenticity and ensure there are no fraudulent systems (such as phishing) or corrupted files. This scan is equivalent to clicking on the link and disables it at the same time. Please note that, for security reasons, the link is for single-use and expires after 24 hours. To avoid this issue, you need to authorize the domain *.adictiz.com so that the antivirus scans do not occur on links originating from the adictiz.com domain.
