Export media and data from your photo contest, media contest or proof of purchase campaign

The Media Upload page allows your users to upload their own media for the Photo Contest, Video Contest and Proof of Purchase modules. When your campaign is published and media has been uploaded by users, you can then export this media and the data related to this media.

3 types of export are possible:

  • Export of media (photos, videos, proofs of purchase in a zip file)

  • Export of media data (excel file with media information)

  • Export of filtered media (filter the media to be exported according to your criteria)

Exporting media

Once you are on the Media section, you can export the medias, by clicking on the "Exporting Media" button.

You will receive an email with a download link. Click on this link, a new Adictiz tab will open, click on the "Download" button. The download of your media starts, your media is compressed in a zip file. Unzip this file to access your media. If your download link is already in use or has expired, see this article.

Export media related data

You can export the data related to the media uploaded by your users. Click on the drop-down menu of the "Export media" button and click on "Export media data" :

You will receive an email with a download link. Click on this link, a new Adictiz tab will open, then click on the "Download" button. The download will start, the file with the media data is in excel format (xlsx). If your download link is already in use or has expired, read this article.

Exporting filtered media

If you don't want to export all your media, you can choose a filtered export. Several filters are available:

  • By page (if your campaign includes several upload media)

  • By type: all types, photo or video

  • By status: all media, unmoderated media, flagged media, rejected media, accepted media, deleted media.

  • By category (all categories, category(ies) added before.

  • By outlet: all outlets or outlets added in the media upload.

  • By popularity: most viewed or most voted media

Select your filters and click on the drop-down menu of the "Exporting media" button and click on "Export filtered data".

You will receive an email with a download link. Click on this link, a new tab will open, click on the "Download" button. The download of your media starts, your media is compressed in a zip file.
