This means that a software installed on your computer (e.g. antivirus, firewall, browser extension, email software) protects you by scanning all the links in your emails to validate that they are valid and authentic, i.e. that there is no fraudulent system (phishing for example) or corrupted files. This scan is assimilated to a click on the link and therefore it deactivates it at the same time.

As a reminder, for security reasons, this link is for single use only and expires after 24 hours.

To avoid this problem, the *.adictiz.io domain must be in an "allowlist" so that the antivirus scans are not performed on links coming from the adictiz.io domain.
