Summary

Description

Thanks to the rewards editor, you can regularly reward your participants based on the number of global participations. This allows you to pace the distribution of rewards, with for example a reward distributed every 50 participants.

Note: this distribution method rewards participants based on X number of participations - this means that if your campaign is designed to get a participant to come back and play the next day, for example, it will be counted as 2 participations.

Prerequisites

  • an Instant Win module should be set up on your campaign

Activation of the "Distribution by participation" setting

Click on the "Rewards" icon next to the "Publish my campaign" button:

A configuration pop-up opens - click on "Create rewards" (1) or click on the "+" in the action bar at the top right (2):

Several distribution options are available to you: choose "By participation" and define the participation threshold that will allow the distribution of rewards:

In this example above, a reward will be given every 10 participants.

Click on "Next" - this will take you to your rewards management page. You have 2 options:

  • either select an existing reward by clicking on its image (e.g. the headphones in the image below)

  • or create an reward by clicking on the dedicated button - in this case, please follow the steps indicated in this paragraph.

Click on "Next" and set the options for your reward:

a. Associate with a shop

This allows you to make the reward available only to participants of a specific shop (as indicated in the "My Shops" section of your account)

- If "All" is selected: the rewards are distributed equally between each shop

- If "None" is selected: no partitioning by shop

- If "Shop X" is selected: all rewards are associated to Shop X

- If "Shop X" and "Shop Y" are selected: rewards are distributed equally between the 2 shops.

b. Exclusion period

This makes it possible to exclude the allocation of rewards at night (8 p.m. to 8 a.m.) or at weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

c. Prioritise this allocation if several are available (3 levels possible)

This allows you to give priority to the distribution of this reward if there are several rewards available. It is possible to put several rewards with the same priority level.

d. Mark this reward as a test

Rewards marked as "test" indicate that only the email addresses of the account users will be winners.

When these options have been determined, click on "Generate rewards" to finish this configuration.

You must then publish the campaign - indeed, if the campaign is not published, your rewards will not be finalised and will keep an "Unpublished" status, therefore not available.

Follow-up of your rewards

You can then follow the progress of the distribution in the "Rewards" tab in the "Users" section of your campaign.

You will logically see that there is no availability or expiry date as the mode is based on the number of participants.

If you wish to export the rewards summary file, click on the button at the top right of the window:
