Description of the statistics section (Insight). Analyze your performance in Recruitment, Engagement, Conversion and Emailing.

Introduction

As soon as you launch your campaign, you have the opportunity to monitor and evaluate its results in terms of recruitment, engagement, and conversion. Based on the collected data, you can make adjustments with just a few clicks to optimize them.

For example, you can simplify the fields in your form or reconsider how you present the rewards. The Insight section (statistics) of your campaign is specially designed for this purpose and allows you to quickly access crucial campaign data, providing an overview of its performance.

Accessing Statistics

You have two options for accessing statistics:

  • On the dashboard

  • In the campaign editor

Description

The statistics are divided into 4 distinct sections. The date of the last update of the displayed information is visible in the tabs. You have the option to update this data using the dedicated button.

💡 Once the campaign is finished, there is no need to update the data.

Additionally, in each of the tabs, you have the ability to select filters for the dates of the presented information.

  • Reach: This section includes information about your campaign's audience, including the number of opt-ins, selected options, their origin, etc.

  • Engage: In this category, you will find general data related to your audience's interactions with your campaign, including the number of games played, virality, awarded rewards (if installed), and other associated modules.

  • Convert: This section gathers all information related to conversion, such as the number and value of transactions (in the case of installing a conversion pixel), as well as the number of clicks on outbound links.

  • Emailing: Here, you can access all data related to your email campaigns, including key figures, email statuses, the number of clicks, etc.


Reach

1. Key Figures

Allows quick identification of:

  • Visitors: This is the number of people who have viewed at least one page of the campaign from the same browser or device (the figure is based on identification via active session cookies lasting 30 days). ​Example 1: I visit the campaign on my computer = 1 visit. The next day I return to the campaign with my mobile = another visit. Example 2: I visit the campaign on my computer = 1 visit. My partner returns to the campaign to register with the same computer & browser = Still the same visit

  • Registered users: All individuals identified through an email, either by filling out the form or by being authenticated via SSO/JWT.

  • Newsletter Opt-ins: The number of unique users who checked the Newsletter box on the form.

  • Opt-in Rate: The percentage of these compared to the number of registrants.

  • Connections: This statistic appears when there is a third-party authentication system (SSO/JWT) in the campaign. A connection is a unique person with a PartnerUserID.

2. Audience

This section allows you to track the daily evolution of collected data, as presented in the 'Key Figures' section. You can view this data cumulatively and distinguish the growth of new registrants from that of newsletter opt-ins.

3. Traffic

This section provides complete access to data on game sessions performed by users, as well as details of the pages viewed. You will discover the number of sessions per user, a useful metric for evaluating the appeal of your campaign. A new session is generated each time a user logs into the campaign. If a user plays multiple times consecutively on the same campaign without leaving the page, it will be considered a unique session.

4. Sources, Medium, Content, and Campaigns

Directly linked to the UTMs installed on any incoming link to your campaign: this provides important information about the type of visitors to your campaign. Numerous applications of this data are possible:

  • Define the most important traffic sources to plan your future communication campaigns.

  • Understand if a distribution URL is not working (e.g., no traffic from this URL).

  • Qualify your users and address targeted communication based on their usage preferences for your upcoming campaigns.

5. Origin of Registrants and Origin of Opt-ins

Allows you to see the day-to-day evolution of data collected and visualized in the Sources/Medium/Campaigns sections.

6. Browsers and Devices

These sections provide a detailed presentation of the supports used to access the campaign. This information can be valuable to identify the profile of players, determining if they prefer the use of mobile or desktop devices, if they are PC or Mac users, etc.


Engage

1. Number of Participations

Provides the option to see the total number of participations globally, per user, per page, and/or cumulatively. The definition of a game for each module is explained in the following article: What is considered a "participation" for each module?

2. Virality

Indicates all shares and clicks on social networks by users, as well as email shares of the campaign. "Viral" registrants (or "referrals") represent registrants following a share. Statistics on clicks per share and the number of referrals per referrer are also available (= average number of viral registrants reported to the number of participants who made at least 1 share).

3. Rewards

Provides information on the number of rewards distributed (out of the total number of rewards) or remaining, per page or per reward. This graph is visible only if rewards are configured in the campaign.

Details of Statistics per Module

Question Module (Quiz/Trivia): "Results of Answers"

Indicates the distribution of correct and incorrect answers globally and per page. You can access the total number of correct or incorrect answers by hovering your cursor over the graph.

Question Module (all game modes): "Distribution of Answers"

Displays the labeling of questions and answers, the number of responses given, and the overall response rate for each option. You can access this data globally and/or per page.

Question Module (Personality Test): "Profiles of the Personality Test"

Shows the overall distribution of profiles shown to users on your campaign. If your game is configured for unlimited participation, each user can play multiple times and get different results: these results will be added up in the final statistics.

Example: Let's take the example of a single participant. During their first participation, the user's profile is "A." If they play again and get a profile "B," then the statistics in "Profiles of the Personality Test" will show "Profile A" and "Profile B" at 50% each.

Battle & Vote Module: "Number of Votes"

Indicates the number of times the user has chosen one content over another. If your game is in unlimited participation, the number of votes adds up for this user in your statistics. A voter is a participant who has made at least 1 vote.

Battle & Vote Module: "Top 10"

Displays the top 10 preferred contents of users based on their votes. You can choose to display a global Top 10 or display the Top 10 per game page installed on your campaign.

Note: If your campaign includes Battle and Vote modules, you can now access a global view of all votes that have been made on these two pages from the "TOP 10" chart. This will give you the total of all votes made for a given item on your entire campaign. It is always possible to check the number of votes obtained per module by selecting the "By page" option.

Vote Module: "Number of Votes"

Indicates the number of times the user has chosen one content over another. If your game is in unlimited participation, the number of votes adds up for this user in your statistics. A voter is a participant who has made at least 1 vote.

Gate Code/Scan&Play Module: "Use of Codes"

Allows you to check the sum of unique codes used and the sum of unique codes remaining (unused). You can display the numbers cumulatively for all Gate Code modules installed on the same campaign or choose to view them module by module.

Gate Code/Scan&Play Module: "Gate Code" "Scan&Play"

Displays the total number per day of non-unique codes used at least once, as well as the number of codes used per day per user.

Prediction Module: "Prediction Result"

Indicates the distribution of correct and incorrect answers on the Prediction globally and per page. You can access the total number of correct or incorrect answers by hovering your cursor over the graph. A prediction is considered "correct" if the user scored at least 1 point.

Example: In "expert" mode, in the case of a prediction with the correct winner (1 point) but the wrong outcome (0 points), the prediction will be considered "correct" in the statistics.

Gift Finder Module: "Gift Finder Result"

Shows the overall distribution of results on your campaign. If your game is configured for unlimited participation, each user can play multiple times and get different results: these results will be added up in the final statistics.

Pinterest Wishlist Module: "Number of Votes"

Indicates the number of times the user has chosen one content over another. If your game is in unlimited participation, the number of votes adds up for this user in your statistics. A voter is a participant who has made at least 1 vote.

Media Upload, Proof of Purchase, Customizer, Shopping List Modules: "Number of Media"

Indicates the number of media published (photos, videos, proof of purchase, creation) per day and per participant.

Swiper Module: "Number of Clicks"

Is indicated under 2 different charts and displays the number of clicks per game option (likes, dislikes, jokers, superlikes) per day and per user in columns and percentages. If your game is in unlimited participation, the number of clicks adds up for this user in your statistics.

Swiper Module: "Top 10 Contents"

Displays the top 10 preferred contents of users based on their votes. You can choose to display a global Top 10 or display the Top 10 per game page installed on your campaign.

💡 Only tags "seen" by the user will be shown on this chart, meaning that if content related to a specific tag has not been seen during the game, it will not appear here.


Convert

This section offers you the ability to monitor the revenue generated by your campaign using our conversion pixel. For statistics to be available, transactions must be made as part of the campaign. You can get instructions on configuring a conversion pixel for your campaign by clicking here.

  • Transactions (in value): Value of transactions made per day globally or per link on your campaign.

  • Transactions (in number): Number of transactions per day globally or per link on your campaign.

  • Number of external clicks: Pages viewed and clicks made by users on your campaign.


Emailing

In this section, you have access to all information related to your email campaigns. This includes key figures, email statuses, the number of clicks, and other relevant data to assess the performance of your email communications.

1. Key Figures

  • Emails sent: Total number of emails sent on your campaign.

  • Bounce rate: Percentage of undelivered emails due to invalid addresses or full inboxes.

  • Opened emails: Total number of emails opened on your campaign.

  • Open rate: Percentage of emails that have been opened by recipients compared to the total number of emails sent.

  • Clicks: Number of times a recipient has clicked on a link in an email, indicating specific engagement or interest.

  • Click-through rate: Percentage that measures the number of clicks on links in an email compared to the total number of emails sent, indicating recipient engagement.

2. Summary

This section provides an overall view of the evolution of your email data, while also offering the option to filter this information specifically by type of action or by email campaign. You can choose to view general statistics or refine your analysis by examining specific results for the email campaigns:

  • Sent: Total number of emails sent from the campaign.

  • Opened: Number of emails opened by recipients.

  • Clicked: Number of times links in emails were clicked.

  • Blocked: Number of emails not delivered due to filters or restrictions.

  • Unsubscribed: Number of recipients who chose to unsubscribe from the list.

  • Bounce: Persistent failure of email delivery. For example, the mailbox does not exist.

  • Soft Bounce: Temporary failure of email delivery. For example, the mailbox is full.

  • Complaint: Number of complaints reporting the email as unwanted (marked as spam by the recipient).

  • Delivered: Number of emails received in inboxes.

  • Blacklisted: Number of email addresses blacklisted, often due to undesirable activities (bounce or complaint).

  • Alias: Number of emails sent to generic or alias addresses.

This section gives you an overview of the types of devices, whether desktop or mobile, used to open your email campaigns. You have the option to filter this information for each email campaign.
