The statistics available on Insight include information on the number of 'games' that have been played, but this term can have different meanings depending on the modules of your campaign.

1. Certain module categories have specific rules for the generation of a 'game' that will be counted in the statistics:

A 'game' is counted as soon as a score is generated, that is, as soon as the user has scored X points.

Examples: Catch Them All, Beer Pong, Tiny Wings, Circle Puzzle, etc .

A 'game' is counted as soon as the game page is displayed. In the case of Instant Win games, rewards must be assigned immediately to know which elements should be displayed (e.g. the 'Won' element in the Scratch-Off module).

Examples: Click & Win (unless the reward selector is enabled), Pinata, Shuffler, Slot Machine, etc .

A 'game' is counted as soon as a creation has been completed, that is, as soon as participants validate their visual creation or product selection via the dedicated button.

Examples: Customizer, Shopping List, Pinterest Wishlist, Media Upload, etc .

2. Some modules have specific rules for the counting of a 'game'.

At least 1 vote is cast on the game sequence

Checkin

1 location is completed

Media Gallery

At least 1 vote is cast during the same session

Questions:

Quiz : 1 score is generated
Personality Test : 1 result (profile) is generated
Survey : 1 result is generated

Important : For these 3 modules, 1 'game' is generated per page played ;

  • If a Quiz consists of only 1 page of questions, it will be counted as 1 'game'

  • If a Quiz consists of 3 pages of questions, it will be counted as 3 'games'

Vote

At least 1 vote is cast during the same session

3. The following modules do not generate counted 'games' :

  • External App

  • Basic

  • Calendar

  • Ranking

  • Ending

  • Form

  • Social Gauge

  • Proof of purchase

  • Redirector

  • Result
