In addition to offering multiple customization options, the form provides high reliability for the data you collect through the Data+ feature. This option, consisting of Data+ Email and Data+ Address, allows for thorough verification of user-entered data.

Data+ Email 📬
The Data+ Email option allows you to trigger:
Email address input assistance: It provides syntax verification and a suggestion system for the email address based on the entered first name and last name. For example, if you entered "Paul" and "Dupond" as the first name and last name, it will suggest a selection of emails upon clicking on the field: [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected], etc.
Thorough email address verification: The existence of the participant's entered email address will be fully verified. The participant cannot participate in your campaign with a nonexistent email address.
These actions are performed automatically upon participant input, without requiring any specific action on your part.
Advantages of the Data+ Email option
With this option, you will experience higher conversion rates in your campaigns due to customer data verification. You will obtain efficient and reliable customer databases.
For participants, it saves time and improves user experience by reducing email entry time by 77%.
A "Email Scoring" column is available in user management. The "Email Quality Code" column provides a deliverability quality code for each email to identify non-compliant email domains. The details are as follows:
- 00000: The email address exists.
- 00002: The email address cannot be verified.
- 00003: The email address cannot be temporarily verified.
- 00004: The recipient's mailbox is full.
- 00005: The domain consistently confirms the existence of the email address (catch-all domain).
- 00006: The verification process takes too long to complete.
Configuration
Once the option is activated on your account:
Go to the form page, under the "Content" section.
Click on "Activate the Data+ Email option".
Data+ Address 🏠
The Data+ Address option allows you to validate postal data. The address entered by the participant will be verified, and a list of similar addresses will be suggested in case of errors. This system incorporates the main reference datasets: Hexavia, Hexaposte, Hexaclé, Hexaligne3, cedexa, roudis2000.

Configuration
The Data+ Address option is usable through the "Complete Address" field:
Go to the form page.
Go to the "Content" section.
Click on "Activate the Data+ Address option".
You now have access to the "Complete Address" field, which should be placed in your form.
✍️ Note: If you have already added the fields City, Street, Address, Country, Postal Code, Number, or Address Supplement, you must remove them to leave only the "Full Address" field.
