Options and credits
Adictiz Box offers three options subject to a credit limit:
Data+ Email: verification of the existence of the email address entered by the participant in the form.
Data+ Address: verification of the existence of the postal address entered by the participant in the form.
Emailings: sending of emailings via triggers configured in the campaign.
In order to track the consumption of your credits for each of these options, a ‘Consumption’ tab is available in the Adictiz Box interface.
How to access the usage tracker
1. Log in to your Adictiz Box account
2. Go to the ‘Consumption’ tab
3. You will find a summary of the use of credits for each option. This way you can see how many credits you have left and anticipate your needs according to your campaigns.
What should I do if I don't have enough credits?
If you find that your credits are running low, you can contact our support team or your account manager to discuss topping up your credits according to your needs.
