Opt-ins on Adictiz

As a reminder, the opt-in allows you to have user consent so that you can contact this user for your email/ sms/postal campaigns that you would like to launch after collecting user information via a game campaign.

On Adictiz Box, we provide 3 different options:

  • The newsletter opt-in, corresponding to the main opt-in for your brand

  • The sms opt-in, if you want to qualify the mobile phone number of your users

  • The partners opt-in, in the case you would like that the user subscribes to the newsletter of your business partner.

If you want to add other opt-ins fields, you need to add custom fields.

Good practice on the Optin

On Adictiz Box, we allow the customization of the title of the "opt-in" field displayed for the user. It is important that the message is clear and legible for the user, so that the user understands which brands he is consenting to (GDPR).

Consult opt-ins

In the user section, you can find the list of participants. The options columns are displayed, with information as to whether or not the user has given their consent.

In the user export (Excel), the opt-ins columns will also be indicated:

  • ‘0’ means that the user does not wish to receive information from your company. They are therefore not opt-in, and you do not have the right to contact the user in another way.

  • "1" are all opt-ins

  • "2" means that the user has received the opt-in confirmation email but has not validated it
