How to create a campaign on a single platform?

To create a campaign exclusively for mobile or desktop, follow these steps:

  • Maintain both desktop and mobile views to display a message on the unsupported view.

  • Move the form elements outside of the user-visible area (dotted area). Users will not have the option to proceed further in the campaign.

  • Import a background image with instructions on the supported view and how to access it. For example, you can import a background image with a QR code to scan on mobile if the campaign is not accessible on desktop.
