My campaign is not showing when I broadcast it

You have just published your campaign but nothing is being displayed: you get a blank screen with an error message, which can change depending on the problem.

In that case, please check the following points:

Is your broadcast platform properly set up?

If you have a custom domain, make sure it is properly set up and that it appears in the appropriate list. The CNAME must point to 'domains.adbx.io'. Please note that synchronization on the server can take up to 48 hours: during this time, your campaign will not be displayed.

The status of your domain must be 'Validated' in green.

Have you blocked third-party cookies?

You must accept third-party cookies in order to display your campaign. Go to your browser settings and make sure they are not blocked.

For instance, on Chrome, go to Settings > Content Settings > Cookies

You get the message 'There are no campaigns in progress'

This means that you are trying to publish your campaign outside the originally set dates. Go to 'Campaign Settings', open the 'General' page, and change your dates accordingly.

You get the message 'Your license has expired'

You no longer have access to the Adictiz Box editor because your contract has expired. Please contact your Account Manager or your contact at Adictiz to renew your license.

Other

Check the compatibility of the browser / device you use to test the broadcast of your campaign and update them if necessary.
