How can i play again?

Description

If you're testing your campaign and you can't access it several times, it's because you've restricted access to this module, which will take you to the Already Played page. During the tests, you can modify the participation parameters to be able to test your luck several times or delete the browser cookies to reset your participation.

Increase the participation limit

  • Go to the campaign editor

  • Click on the Configuration tab

  • Increase the number of entries

💡 Don't forget to adjust these settings once you've completed your tests if you want to limit access for players.

Re-play by deleting cookies

If you wish to return to the home page, delete the browser cookies linked to your campaign. This will reset your participation, allowing you to participate again. You will need to complete the form again.

💡 The email address is the authenticating element of the form. If you enter the same email address, you will return to the page you have already played if you have exceeded your participation quota. Remember to delete your entry in the participants' management or use a different email address.

A calendar limitation

The notion of limitation on Adictiz Box is calendar-based. Here are a few examples based on the different possible configurations:

  • 1 time per day:
    If the user participates on Monday at 3pm, they will be able to play again on Tuesday from 12am.

  • 1 time per week:
    If the user takes part on Thursday at 3pm, they will be able to play again on the following Monday from 12am.

  • 1 time per month:
    If the user participates on 15 September, they will be able to play again on 1 October from 00:00.
