A crucial aspect of this compliance involves allowing users who have subscribed to receive your newsletters (opt-in) to unsubscribe at any time. In this article, we will explain how to remove opt-in users from your mailing list using Adictiz Box.
1. Access the Collected Data Management
Once logged in, you'll need to access the section for managing collected data. This section allows you to manage data by campaign or by user. Go to the "by user" tab.
2. Find the Opt-In User
Use the search engine in the "by user" management section to locate the user you want to remove from your mailing list. You can typically search for a user by their email address or unique identifier.
3. Delete the User
After finding the user, click on the trash icon to remove them from your mailing list.
4. Confirm the Deletion
A confirmation window will usually appear to ensure that you indeed want to delete the user. Confirm the user's deletion.
