User data retention
The data collected is mainly the data completed by the user at the Form stage of your campaign, as well as all the data that revolves around the participation of users (scores achieved, photos and videos published, etc.). This data is secured on our platform and is only intended for your personal use. It is kept for the duration of your contract with Adictiz.
Delete user data
There are 3 ways to delete user data.
1. Delete the data of a specific user
Go to the user management
Search for the user in question
Check the line corresponding to his participation
Click on the delete icon ("bin")
⚠️ This action also removes the statistics associated with this participant.
2. Anonymising data for a specific user
You can do this for all the campaigns played by this user, without impacting your campaign statistics:
Click on the name of your account at the top right of the dashboard
Section "My collected data".
Click on the "by user" tab
Search for your user via their email or unique identifier
Click on the delete icon ("bin")
⚠️ Media associated with users is also considered personal data and is also anonymised with no impact on Campaign Insights.
3. Enable automatic data deletion every 1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 months
💡 This action deletes the data related to your campaign but it remains available.
Click on your account name in the top right corner of the dashboard
"My collected data" section
"By campaign" tab
Activate the option "delete participants' personal data".
Choose a recurrence for deletion (from 1 to 12 months)
⚠️ The deletion of data is final and irreversible. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
You will receive email notifications on D-10 and D-day to confirm the deletion of this data.
💡 Please note: there is a security feature specific to this function that prevents the deletion of data before a minimum of 1 month, even for campaigns that have long since ended.
In concrete terms, this means that if you activate the option to delete collected data today and choose "1 month", the data from a campaign that ended last year, for example, will be deleted in 1 month from today.
