This article introduces you to the location of the custom fields and the possible configurations.
Please note there are two types of forms : classic and new form
Access to form fields
To access the custom field settings, you must go to the campaign editor and select the "Content" section on the form page:
Add a custom field
If you wish to add a custom field that is not in the defaut list, click on the "Add a custom field" button:
You will then be able to configure it according to the Form that you have installed on your campaign:
Field types
Field title: it is the one that will appear on the form directly in the game.
Field label: this is the one that will appear in your editor (but it is not displayed on the game screen), and will allow you to find it on other campaigns. This identifier is important because it will be the name of the column in the user export.
Field type: text, email, date, selection, checkbox or text zone.
Field format: you can choose between text, number, alphanumeric - or accept any type of character.
Choose whether or not this field will be mandatory to fill in to go to the next step.
The custom fields also include advanced options, which vary according to the chosen configuration:

Enable error text dedicated to this field
Activate the help text dedicated to this field
Text Field and Text Area
Limit the number of characters allowed
Date field
Minimum age required
Limit over a period of time
Activating the calendar (datepicker)
Dropdown list field
Activate multiple selection
Click on "Validate" once all the details have been entered.
Scope of the field
Once configured, the personalised field will be available for any campaign carried out on the platform.
You can add up to 15 personalised fields per account on the classic form.
There is no limit to the number of custom fields on the New Form.
