Are you trying to preview your campaign and encountering this error message? Follow the tips in this article to resolve the issue.

1. Check that your campaign includes a form

If your campaign does not have a form and mandatory authentication is enabled, an error message will inevitably appear. The configuration of your campaign requires authentication to participate, but since there is no form, this leads to the error page being displayed.

2. Ensure your form has an authentication method

Your form must include an authentication method: an email field or a mobile field, or JWT or SSO. If any of these elements are missing, users will not be considered authenticated and will not be able to access the instant win pages.

3. Check your security rules

Security rules are used to protect the pages of your campaign. There are manual security rules that you can configure freely, and automatic rules that are added when you select your redirection pages. Make sure the security rules are consistent across all your pages.

4. Clear your browser cache

We recommend clearing your browser cache. This can often resolve conflicts and ensure that you are viewing the most recent versions of your pages.
