Adictiz Box broadcasts your campaigns based on the user's device: the main asset of this technology is that the specific view for each type of device can be adjusted as desired (positioning of items, size, etc.), thereby generating conversion rates higher than the campaign entry by 15%.

There are 2 major basic views built into the editor:

  • a broadcast dedicated to Desktop and tablets

  • a broadcast dedicated to Mobile

You can also add other streaming media as explained in this article.

The campaigns you created are compatible with all major browsers on the market. We support the latest versions of the following navigators:

  • Chrome

  • Firefox

  • Safari

  • Microsoft Edge

Older versions are generally compatible, however we do not guarantee that the editor might still function on those that are no longer updated by the suppliers.

Regarding other browsers (Opera / Yandex / Vivaldi...), we do not provide support due to their low stream, but their compatibility with Adictiz Box is generally ensured.

Depending on their obsolescence, certain phone models will no longer be supported by the platform (e.g. Iphone 4 and earlier).

What should I do if a user encounters a display problem?

Before opening a ticket about a possible display problem with a user, we recommend that you ask them to check the correct update of the browser and operating system (OS) of the device, used for playing.

However, if updates are indeed effective and the problem persists for the user, please send us the following information so that we can quickly process your ticket:

  • Device brand (ex: Samsung)

  • Device model used (ex: Galaxy S10)

  • Browser used (ex: Chrome)

  • Browser version used (e.g. Version 73.0.3683.90)

  • OS installed (ex: Android)

  • OS version used (ex: Version 8.1.0)
