The personal nature of WhatsApp allows for more informal and intimate communication, providing a unique opportunity for brands to connect with their audience.
Create a WhatsApp share button
Go to the Widgets tab
Drag and drop the WhatsApp Share button onto your campaign
Customize the message in "Custom message"
The link to your campaign is automatically added after the custom message, so there is no need to include it in the custom message.
Click on the 👁️ eye icon to preview your message in a WhatsApp conversation.
💡 We recommend customizing your campaign's metadata for more effective sharing.
✍️ In the same way as Facebook and Twitter shares, WhatsApp shares can also feed a Social Gauge.
Tracking users
Tracking is automatically set up when you create the WhatsApp share button: UTM parameters are integrated into your campaign link. Find the source of your participants in your export under the "UTM Source" column.

Q&A
My share image is not displayed on WhatsApp
If your image is not displayed in the preview thumbnail on WhatsApp, it is because the image file size is too large. Facebook supports displaying images up to 8 MB. However, WhatsApp typically displays previews for images up to 300 KB. If your image file is larger than 300 KB, try reducing its size by adjusting its dimensions or compressing it. Learn more.
