Description
This feature allows you to import high-definition images on desktop, ensuring optimal visual quality for your backgrounds on high-resolution screens such as Retina and 4K displays.
Operation
To obtain high-resolution background images, the size of the background images must be twice the size of the view. The desktop view is configured at 1200 pixels for computer display; make sure to upload a background image of 2400 pixels (minimum).
💡 We recommend dimensions of : 3800px wide / 1600px high on Desktop with the main elements in the 2400px wide.
This will enable your campaign to adapt to the widest screens.
Activation and Import
Go to the campaign editor.
Navigate to the Background tab of your page.
Activate the HD background image upload.
Import your HD wallpaper.
✍️ Note: Backgrounds are not automatically resized in the platform. Make sure to add a background with the desired dimensions (e.g., 2400px). If you upload an 810px image with this option, it will be resized to 1200px, resulting in pixelation.
Once imported, click on it to select it as the background.

Your image will not be resized and will exceed the size of the configured play area, which is 1200 pixels by default. In other words, the image will be very large, potentially compromising the user experience.
