How can I follow my conversations with the Support team?

Important

If you had an ongoing conversation with our team before we moved to Intercom, a copy of it will be sent to the email address you used to create it. You will be able to resume the conversation via ChatBot.

All conversations that you start with our ChatBot (Operator or Support team) are saved.

To reply to a past conversation, simply scroll down the history in "Continue the conversation" and select the one you wish to reply to:
