Description

Changing the width of the campaign can help you better adapt the user experience to the medium your campaign is delivered on. By default, the width of a campaign is set to 810px for desktop and 640px for mobile.

  • If your campaign is running on a custom domain, we recommend a width of 1200px with a 810px heart.

  • The height is free but the waterline is 650px on desktop and 960px on mobile.

Change the width of the campaign

  • Go to the campaign edition

  • Click on the computer 🖥 or mobile 📱 icon depending on the selected view (located under the language flag)

  • Click on "Edit".

This will take you to the view settings where you can change the sizes:

View management

You have the ability to add more views to the Desktop, so that you can provide an experience that is suitable for any screen size. To do this, you need to add views, indicating :

  • The name of the view

  • The size of the view

Once you have added the view, you can then set its trigger.

In the example above :

  • The "Web" view will be the one for users with the iFrame area between 0px and 1000px

  • View 2 will be the default view for users with a screen size between 1000px and more.

This value of 1000px can be changed if necessary, by deciding that the view change will be done at 900px for example. Unlike responsive, the strength of this feature is that the elements in the view do not depend on each other, and each view can be adjusted as desired: positioning of elements, size, etc.

To change the view in the editor, you can then go back to the screen change, and click to access the desired view.
